- Yes — Landlord Care bundles the annual CP12 gas safety certificate with servicing and tenant emergency response, and multi-property discounts are available for portfolios.
- Usually, yes. We’ll do a first service and assessment; if a repair is needed to bring the boiler up to standard, we’ll quote transparently before any plan starts.
